The Story Behind PCW Construction

From Humble Beginnings to Over 40 Years of Construction Excellence

The story of PCW Construction began in the early 1980s when founder Rolando Jamies Sr. was working in the restaurant industry. During a renovation project at the restaurant, he became fascinated by the concrete construction process and the craftsmanship involved in creating strong, lasting structures.

Inspired to pursue a new career path, Rolando entered the construction industry and quickly distinguished himself through his strong work ethic, dedication, and attention to detail. Over the years, he gained valuable hands-on experience and advanced rapidly within the company he worked for, earning increasing responsibilities and leadership roles.

After achieving several professional milestones, he decided to pursue his vision of building a company founded on quality workmanship and integrity. In 1984, Professional Concrete Works was established.

What began as a small concrete company has grown into PCW Construction—a trusted construction partner known for delivering high-quality concrete work, managing complex projects, and providing exceptional service to homeowners, builders, developers, and business owners throughout the region.
